Prestige Lake Ridge has an RCC framed structure with solid cement blocks for all walls. The lobby has elegant flooring with the ground floor lobby with granite and marble flooring and granite or marble wall cladding. The upper floors lobby flooring is done in vitrified tiles and the lift claddings are done in granite or marble. All lobby walls are finished in textured paint and the ceiling is of distemper.
The service staircase and service lobby are done in Kota stone with textured paint on the walls. Vitrified tiles are laid in the foyer, living, dining, corridors, and all bedrooms. 2 feet ceramic tile dado is provided along the designated granite counter length.
